Introducing My MCTO!
- It takes the place of Parcel Watch.
- With My MCTO, you can track and pay taxes for multiple properties.
- If you were using Parcel Watch, you will need to sign up for My MCTO and add your properties again.
Online Requests
- 3 types of requests are available: Research Requests, Refund Requests, and Public Records Request.
- The online forms are easy to use, making the process quick and smooth.
- You can upload any documents needed to support your request.
Corporate Services
- Corporate Services administrators will create and manage their own users and corporate codes.
- Existing corporate codes will be kept.
- Users will get instant on-screen validation, noting any exceptions when they upload files.
Tax Lien Web
- Tax lien bidders and holders manage their tax liens and run reports.
- You first need to register with the auction vendor to use the Tax Lien Web. (Visit Arizona Tax Lien Sale to register and participate.)
- Once you receive your bidder number from the auction vendor, you can create a Tax Lien Web account.
Agency Web
- Agency Web administrators will create and manage their own users and permissions.
- Users will get instant on-screen validation, noting any exceptions when they upload files.
- Improved reporting visibility for your agency.
